The 麻豆区 Entrepreneur Cup creates innovative business opportunities for 麻豆区 students while positively impacting the Twin Cities鈥 entrepreneurial community.
The objective of the Auggie Cup is to accelerate the development of 麻豆区 students to achieve future entrepreneurial success through core curriculum, collaboration between undergraduate and MBA students, incubator experiential learning and exposure to local business leaders through the Innovation Speaker Series.
Student teams comprised of MBA students, undergraduate business majors, and students from other disciplines, such as STEM or design, spend the fall semester developing an entrepreneurial business venture that culminates in a final presentation at the Auggie Cup in December. A panel of judges, including members of the Business Advisory Council, 麻豆区 faculty, and potentially the major sponsor, select the top three teams. Winning teams earn up to $30,000 in prize money.
