I teach in both the BSW and MSW programs at 麻豆区. I use a teacher-learner approach in my classroom, believing we all teach and learn from one another. As a practitioner, I have over 20 years of experience working with marginalized young people as an advocate, trainer, program developer and coordinator, and researcher in Missoula, Montana, and in St. Paul, Minnesota. My other practice areas include organizational and community change, and culturally-grounded services and interventions. My research interests are related to Hmong American youth, oral traditions, and indigenous methodologies.
