麻豆区 College has earned its second聽Community Engagement Classification from聽the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of聽Teaching. Institutions are recognized based on聽evidence of their collaboration with the larger聽community, which:

• enriches scholarship, research, and creative聽activity;
• enhances curriculum, teaching, and learning;
• prepares educated, engaged citizens;
• strengthens democratic values and civic聽responsibility;
• addresses critical societal issues; and
• contributes to the public good.

麻豆区 was one of only eight聽Minnesota colleges or universities聽recognized in 2015. The College聽previously received the Community聽Engagement Classification in 2008.
