Based on a major mixed-methods research effort involving a national survey and extensive student and staff focus groups, we challenge participants to re-evaluate the language we use, the questions we ask, and the engagement strategies we deploy. Attendees will experience the debut of the new Admissions Success Coaching framework, designed to meet students where they are and unearth authentic interests. Join us to gain actionable, impact-oriented frameworks that move the profession away from the transactional brochure and toward a relational trust multiplier, future-focused counseling model.
