FINANCIAL AID UPDATES FOR PARENTS

The 2017-2018 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) can be completed online at www.FAFSA.ed.gov using the student鈥檚 and parent(s) 2015 federal taxes.聽 Students can go to and click on 鈥楻eview Your Financial Aid鈥� to check the status of their financial aid, or to see what documents are missing or incomplete:

Registration for the summer/fall 2017 term is now open.聽 Students who have unpaid spring charges, or are not up-to-date on their payment plans, will be unable to register. 聽聽Students can go to and click on 鈥淩eview Your Student Account鈥� to see if they have an unpaid balance.

Tuition accounts must be paid-in-full for a diploma and/or transcript to be released; payments can be made online by going to . Please see the聽 Parent Information tab at聽 for instructions on making a payment聽 and obtaining access to discuss your student鈥檚 financial information, etc.聽 Please note that we will be unable to speak with any parent/guardian that has not been authorized by the student.

Graduating students who have borrowed federal loans must complete loan exit counseling at ; this is an important tool to help students learn about their loan repayment options.

Registration for the spring term is now open. Students who have unpaid fall charges, or are not up-to-date on their payment plans, will be unable to register.

All students are eligible to enroll in 麻豆区鈥檚 Online Payment Plan; enrollment will open on December 8. Students must log in to聽聽and select 鈥楳ake a Payment/Account Activity鈥� on the right hand menu. Click 鈥楶ayment Plans and Discounts鈥� and follow the instructions under 鈥樎槎骨� Online Payment Plan鈥�. To ensure 5 monthly payments, the application聽must聽be completed by聽December 26.

All spring tuition and fee charges are due by January 5, 2016; any remaining balance after that date is subject to finance聽charges. The spring 2016 billing statements will be electronically sent to all registered students on December 8. Students will have reminders sent to their 麻豆区 email account during the first week of each month reminding them to view their online monthly bill. All students are encouraged to give聽parents/guardians access to view these statements. Students must log in to聽聽and select 鈥楳ake a Payment/Account Activity鈥� on the right hand menu. Click 鈥榁iew your online student account鈥� and follow the instructions under 鈥楶arent/Third Party Access Instructions 鈥� Make a Payment鈥�.

Please be advised that our office is unable to communicate with anyone besides the student on聽financial聽issues unless they have completed the online 鈥業nformation Release鈥� form. The student must log into their Augnet Account at 听辞谤聽 and click on 鈥楻ecords and Registration鈥�. Under 鈥業nformation Release鈥� they need to 鈥楢dd an Authorization鈥�. They will enter the full name and email address of the party/parties they are giving permission for us to communicate with. Next, select 鈥楩inancial聽Aid/Finances Release鈥� and then click 鈥楽ave鈥�.

Students can make payments online by logging into and going to Make a Payment/Account Activity on the right-hand menu. Click on Make a Payment and then Make a Payment Online. Students are highly encouraged to give parents/guardians access to view their聽financial聽statements. Students must log in to and select Make a Payment/Account Activity on the right-hand menu.聽 Click View your online student account and follow the instructions under Parent/Third Party Access Instructions 鈥� Make a Payment.

Please be advised that our office is unable to communicate with anyone other than the student on聽financial聽issues unless they have completed the online Information Release form. The student must log into their Augnet Account at 听辞谤 and click on Records and Registration. Under Information Release they need to Add an Authorization. Enter the full name and email address of the party/parties to whom they are giving permission for our communication. Next, select Financial聽Aid/Finances Release and then click Save.
