One of the 麻豆区 Strategic Plan鈥檚 core goals is to grow as a sustainable university.听 A strategic focus on driving enrollment growth across all segments to achieve 5,000 Auggies by 2030. In 2024 the university embarked on a continuous strategic enrollment planning effort in support of the core goal to become a medium sized university. 麻豆区 partnered with RNL and utilized guidance from the 3rd Edition of Strategic Enrollment Planning, A Dynamic Collaboration. Our approach uses the four-phase recursive process .

2024 Strategic Enrollment Planning (SEP)

During 2024 there were several SEP advances made related to a working logic behind 5,000 Auggies by 2030, two final SEP reports from campus wide working groups, and the creation and use of a new strategic enrollment management Planning Machine. Two important themes emerged from the 2024 SEP work- the importance of transparent 60 Day SEP Actions, and the need for continuous campus wide ideation on enrollment growth possibilities that lead to 60 day actions.
